Lead the end-to-end discovery of targeted nanobody therapeutics for autoimmune indications (such as SLE), bridging early-stage screening with preclinical validation. Pioneer early-stage pipeline expansion by proposing and designing CNS-targeted therapeutics that leverage novel therapeutic across blood-brain barrier (BBB). Optimize the biophysical properties of therapeutic candidates, tackling complex drugability challenges related to humanization, protein aggregation, and thermal stability. Manage advanced downstream purification and QC workflows for VHH and BsAb constructs, ensuring the generation of robust, high-yield assets for therapeutic evaluation.
