Drive supplier's logistics quality performance, identify the root cause and review PA & CA.

Work closely with functional departments to provide dedicated end-to-end supply chain solutions proposals upon the clients' customized demand (such as cross-border transportation, warehousing, B2B, trans-loading, B2C fulfillment, Reverse logistics, and Value-added services, etc.) Facilitate costs with the suppliers through competitive bidding, RFP, RFQ, cost modeling and business/technical acumen. Build supplier, carriers relationships to mitigate risk and establish effective purchasing arrangements with indirect and logistics customers. Responsible for forecasting 1,000 packaged and bulk products sold to 200 customers worldwide for sales team, meanwhile increased forecast accuracy 10%. Work with Walmart’s fulfillment network operations teams to update operating guidelines while preserving end-to-end visibility and delivery service commitment for every shipment to our supplier. Work closely with internal stakeholders, IT and business groups, and be creative at borrowing and sharing resources and best practices to accomplish objectives.

Managed all logistical operations to include the planning, supplier management, inventory and maintenance of over $40 M of products and equipment annually. Lead overseas warehouse building from 0 to 1, the first Anker own warehouse in North American with 150,000SF and local logistics team of 10. Lead Projects to improve planning efficiency and support worldwide network of business units, and operational centers. Monitored all transportation operations, to ensure transportation services meet contract obligations as well as customer's requirements, such as Walmart, Best buy, Target, Costco, and The Home Depot. Operated over $30 Million value’s shipment monthly. Responsible for all replenishment orders, managing returns, recalls and product conversions within areas of assigned. Utilizing the monthly inventory, S&OP, and shipping projections, continuously drive better business practice and increased value to the business and improvement of KPI’s like OTD. Achieved a 95% on time (OTIF) customer delivery rate while also reducing inventory levels by $700K in a period of 7 months. Negotiating with stakeholders to determine availability, pricing and term of sale, reducing cost in several large volume product categories. Build and Monitor the US logistics budget according to business strategy, work with Finance team and Logistics vendor to track monthly logistics expense, provide the analysis if necessary, improving service, gain efficiencies, increase capacity, and reduce costs.

Works closely with marketing, manufacturing, and purchasing to create timely cost-effective export and import supply chains. Managed logistics and customs clearance for a $65M frozen pork products. Preparation of all Air-Ocean import-export international documents to comply with international rules and regulations-including under letters of credit. Develops various strategies as well as builds relationships with logistics intermediaries, coordinates and controls shipping of goods between factory and various sites. Maintain documentation development timelines, prepare shipping documents, create AES, and generate reports on a weekly basis. Scheduled and oversaw every facet of exports from location including manual invoices, certificates of origin, and ensured exports were compliant with industry regulations.
