1.Supplier Development and Management: 1）Formulated supplier development plan based on business needs, responsible for supplier sourcing, assessed suppliers’ qualifications and capacities from the aspects of quality, cost, services, lead time, etc. Led and managed RFI, RFP, RFA, etc. Evaluated supplier bids, tenders, proposals, quotations, etc., and carried out contract negotiations. Successfully developed 260+ suppliers. 2）Established and maintained good relations with strategic suppliers to realize long-term and stable cooperation, regularly conducted supplier performance appraisal. 2.Purchasing Management: spearheaded indirect sourcing with categories including logistics (road, air and ocean), customs, packing, MRO, outsourcing, maintenance, office service, rental and equipment, etc. Annual procurement amount reached nearly RMB 50 million. 3.Cost Saving: streamlined processes, identified cost reduction opportunities, and ensured cost saving target is achieved. Successfully reduced domestic logistics cost by 10% and packing cost by 15%。4.Compliance: ensured the compliance with company’s supply chain management best practices, policies, procedures, etc., and guaranteed all activities are completed on time. 5.Cross-functional Collaboration: managed stakeholders' expectations, efficiently communicated with GCM, suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve cost, service, quality, etc. 6.Team Management: established team KPIs, developed and optimized workflow, assigned team members tasks, solved their problems, provided necessary guidance to them, inspired and energized the team to outperform targets.

1.Logistics Planning: formulated medium and long-term logistics plan, developed and optimized logistics network, tracked and ensured the logistics KPIs are achieved. 2.Logistics Management: 1） Developed and cooperated with top 10 domestic and foreign logistics suppliers, monitored and regularly evaluated the performance of forwarders. 2）Managed import and export operations, including Air, Sea and Road. Worked with multiple teams including warehouse, production, planning, sales, etc. to ensure satisfied customer experience. 3）Realized on-time delivery of 98%, and container packing rate reached 80%. 4）Successfully delivered a batch of goods with value of RMB 100+ million to India. 3.Project Management: initiated and led the logistics improvement projects, continuously optimized logistics operation process to boost efficiency. 4.Team Management: set up team KPIs, mobilized the team to outperform targets and meet critical deadlines. Took charge of team members recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
