• Generated and investigated complex mouse genetic models that revealed novel mechanistic insights on the pathogenesis of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and hereditary colon polyposis syndromes associated with disturbed BMP signaling. • Provided in vivo expertise and mouse genetic model support for early-stage discovery programs across therapeutic areas.
