The last five years, I have over 50 international publications in peer refereed journals with high impact factors including Nature Nanotechnology Journal. Among these, I have nearly 20 first authored publications. Also, I have approximately 30 patents including international and domestic Patent. My approach for improved opto-electronic devices is to use an ensemble of semiconductor quantum dot-carbon nanomaterials (C60, CNT, graphene) heterostructures to achieve higher charge separation and transfer efficiency. Research Interest: 1. Study on optical and electronic devices (nonvolatile organic bistable memory device, light-emitting device, photodetector, and photovoltaic cell) fabricated utilizing hybrid organic/inorganic nanocomposites. 2. Study on application devices including optical and electronic properties by using hybrid Carbon nanomaterials (C60, graphene, CNT) and inorganic nanoparticles.
