We adopt 100% cloud first Infrastructure with nothing on-premise so we are always forward looking and adopt cloud native solutions. - Completed the migration of Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. - Completed the setup of the full suite of Microsoft 365 E5 Tenant including Teams. Sharepoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Windows Defender etc. Everything is based on MAS TRM guideline and ISO 27001. - Completed the hardending of endpoints for MACOS, IOS and Windows 11 based on CIS policies. - Completed the deployment SWG ZScaler cloud based secure web gateway. - Completed the deployment of Endpoint Central for endpoint management and remote access tool. - Completed the deployment of Dubber Teams voice compliance solution. - Completed setting up AWS Control Tower to manage a Multi-Account AWS environment. - Runs Tech Ops using Terraform, ArgoCD on AWS. - Completed to move from Asia Square to UE Square using state of the art standalone in rack cooling system.

• I serve as an expert in areas such as Microsoft Intune, Teams, OneDrive\SharePoint, Exchange. • I lead the implementation team of 2-5 in the successful implementation and completion of the projects. Selected Achievements and Career Highlights: • Helped a large healthcare corporation setup and migrate Intune\Teams\OneDrive in M365 Tenant. This includes greenfield deployment of Intune and OneDrive plus Skype\Teams Hybrid. • Helped a Japanese Bank to migrate on-prem Exchange and Skype to M365. Provide technical expertise in their Citrix VDI deployment. • Design and assess the entire M365 deployment for a large oil and gas company. This includes all M365 services such as Exchange, Teams, OneDrive and Azure AD. • Help a large Insurance company to change Email flow to adopt Office Message Encryption. • Help customers to move on-prem virtual machines to Azure.

In this role, I oversaw the infrastructure for the Investment Services in 2 data centres located in Canada, deployed monthly Microsoft security patches and application to over 700 Windows VMs using SCCM 2012, served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune and provided 2nd level support for Citrix 6.5\7.1 Infrastructure, VMWare 6.5 Infrastructure, Sophos Anti-Virus and oversee Manage Engine products such as ADAudit, Desktop Central & ADManager. Role and Responsibilities: - Lead, migrate, manage and operate MS365 environment in areas such as InTune, Teams, Exchange Online and Azure AD. - Manages the deployment of monthly Microsoft security patches and application to over 2000 virtual machines, Cloud VMs and physical assets using SCCM 2012 and Desktop Central. - Provide 2nd level support for Citrix 6.5\7.1 Infrastructure, VMWare 6.5 Infrastructure, Sophos Anti-Virus and Manage Engine products such as ADAudit, Desktop Central & ADManager. - Provide Technical expertise in area of Active Directory and MS365 Suite. Significant Achievements: - Leading the effort to migrate from Exchange On-Prem to Exchange online. - Leading the effort to move to InTune and AzureAD joined physical assets. - Completed the roll out of the move of SCCM 2012 to Manage Engine Desktop Central. - Completed the migration of Sophos Anti-Virus infrastructure from our old datacenter to the new and upgraded it to the latest version in the process. - Completed the setup of a new SCCM 2012 Infrastructure to deploy security patches to Windows machines.

I liaised with C-level executives in navigating business climate and identifying requirements, designed work plan and administered inter-departmental coordination to ensure successful IT projects deliveries, and supported 1 main 21 racks data centre, 1 DR 4 racks data centre and 2 remote offices. I governed projects, budgeting and their implementation. Some of my accomplishments included employing an end-to-end Advance Persistent Threat solution (endpoint, network & email) to mitigate incoming advance threats, reducing 60% of costs and improving performance, scalability and reliability through Nutanix Hyperconverged solution that replaced the ageing server and storage infrastructure. I’ve also enhanced Disaster Recovery capabilities and RTO & RPO by migrating a 45 host VMware VCenter 5.5 server infrastructure to 6.0 on a VMWare stretched cluster. Significant Achievements: • Successfully deployed an end-to-end Advance Persistent Threat solution consisting of endpoint, network & email solution. • Successfully initiated, deployed and implemented Nutanix Hyperconverged solution to replace aging server and storage infrastructure thereby reducing 60% of the cost and yet improving performance, scalability and reliability. • Successfully initiated and evaluated a Managed Security Services Provider for the firm. • Successfully migrated a 45 host VMware Vcenter 5.5 server infrastructure to 6.0 • Successfully completed the creation of a standard Windows 7 Golden Image for the firm. • Completed the review and audit of the Active Directory GPO infrastructure recommending changes to improve the stability of the Windows environment. • Setting up of Stretched cluster using VMware across 2 physical locations with the eventual goal of an Active-Active datacenters.

I developed strategic IT solutions, liaised with the management on business requirements and goals, provided level 3 support to 300+ regional Servers and backup on Windows & VMWare, provided level 3 Storage systems, provided level 3 support for office 365 products, and provided level 3 support on Active Directory, DFS, DNS, GPO design. I also governed, budgeted and negotiated with regional country IT heads. Some of my accomplishments included merging 11 sites into 2 new data centres that saved up to $300K over 5 years, improving performance by 3 folds that reduced upfront costs by 60%, upgrading the regional backup software, and implementing the VDI using VMWare View 4.5. Significant Achievements: • Initiated, designed & completed Riverbed Granite storage optimization solving huge backup issues for remote sites and projected US$1.2M in savings in 5 years. The system also acts as a DR system for all remote sites greatly improving the resiliency and robustness of the IT infrastructure in the region. • Designed, & setup 2 datacenters in Australia. Co-located 11 sites into these 2 new datacenters achieving savings of up to $300K over 5 years. • Initiated, evaluated & migrated NetApp 3140 Unified storage system (global standard) to Dell Compellent & Equalogic SAN improving performance by 3 fold and yet reducing the upfront cost of a new storage system by 60%. • Initiated & completed the upgrade of regional backup software from Commvault Simpana 9 (global standard) to Veeam Backup & Replication V8 improving backup success rate from 45% to over 95%. • Initiated and completed the implementation of VDI using VMWare View 4.5. • Participated in the RFP to regionalize and design our Global MPLS network to reduce provisioning time and up to 1.2Millions in savings.

Move the team from operation focus to project focus delivering IT solutions that empowers Business to work more effectively, efficiently and cost effectively. Significant Achievements: • Created Technical Documentation Library containing various key technologies that Weatherford has been using. (e.g. NetApp, Commvault, VMWare, Microsoft) • Designed, coded & Implemented MyFolderAccess which is a Folder Access Management system that streamlines the department operation. Saving the company US$50K per year in software costs & US$50K\​yr in man hour cost.

Significant Projects and Key milestones (Asia Region): • Implemented vCenter and VMware in 50+ sites in Asia Region thereby saving the company up to $500,000 in hardware cost. • Implemented Global Backup (EMC Avamar) solution worth $400,000 in Asia Region. The project saved the company up to $80,000 in tape\tape drive cost and improving backup success rate from under 70% to 98%. Initiate, plan, manage, roll-out, monitor & troubleshoot the state of the art solution spanning 50+ sites with 8 IT Managers from various countries. • Created various documentation to enhance operation efficiency and, enforcement of IT Governance in Asia Region. (e.g. Disaster Recovery, Datacenter build guide, Global Backup operational document)

Role and Responsibilities: • Leads the South East Asia support operation and as a Project Manager for infrastructure deployment. • Team Lead for SEA Remote Support Team. (5 in the team). • Purchaser and Evaluator of all IT Server\Network Equipment in the SEA Region. Significant Projects and Key milestones: • Participated in DR implementation using Symantec Virtual Cluster Server (VCS) in Asia Region worth $40,000. • Implemented a Network, Domain, AD, File, Application and Exchange 2003 server migration into existing WAN environment after a merger & acquisition in Singapore. • Completed 9 Migrations\Co-location in various countries within a short span of 3 months. Location includes Malaysia (KL), Thailand (Bangkok), Philippines (Makati), Indonesia (Jakarta), and Vietnam (Ho Chin Minh City). Performed cross domain migration in Philippines office. • Completed setup of 2 new offices in Gurgaon and New Delhi in India. • Implemented 6 local Site office including network, telephone and servers. Significant Achievements: 1. First to introduce server-in-one box solution using Microsoft’s HyperV technology in Asia Region there by saving the company up to $90,000 in hardware cost. Solution was eventually used as a case study to implement future offices and a test lab in Asia Region. 2. Implemented Ghost Cast Server solution reducing a single machine deployment from 6 hours to 30mins. Saving US$45K in man hour cost per year.
