Project & Budget Management Forecast resource allocation for batch testing and validation studies. Work on annual batch estimates and quotations for laboratory services. Optimize lab operations while balancing cost-efficiency and regulatory compliance. Process Improvement & Automation Identify bottlenecks in laboratory workflow and implement Lean Six Sigma principles. Enhance efficiency through automation, data integrity improvements, and electronic documentation. Regulatory & Client Liaison Communicate with auditors, regulatory inspectors, and external stakeholders. Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of lab results and reports.
