* Served as Training Officer * Headquarters Commandant * and Public Affairs Officer for the Command.

Provided IT and Telecommunications support to the National Center for the US Geological Survey. Supported National and Eastern Regional Offices with more than 2,000 customers. Managed a team of 35 civilian and contractor personnel providing Tier 1, 2, and 3 Helpdesk support.

Provided customer service consultation to several DOJ agencies in support of consolidation of network services and support. Client agencies included FBI, DEA, US Marshals, BOP, Executive Office of US Attorney.

Directed, managed, and controlled the development of all WAN/LAN operations encompassing a five state regional area (192 different sites) supporting more than 2,970 users. Established metrics and standard levels of service for all users and organizations; assured network performance and data integrity; and directed, managed, and controlled all new projects, services, and support. Directed the annual budget of more than $5.2M in annual support, service, purchase contracts and inter-agency support agreements. Chairman for the Information Management Officers Council (53 different IMO’s representing 205,000 soldiers automation needs) – this council promotes best practices and cross pollination of IT professionals throughout the USAR; USAR appointed member of the IT Metrics Working Committee; and senior member of the command WPBAC. Directed and managed the efforts of the command as the USAR lead for the Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS - $2 billion program) Testing and Evaluation program which impacted the entire USAR.
