Responsible for the management of multiple related projects directed toward new product implementation. Established and modified timelines for new products to meet clients desired launch dates. Managed timelines for new product launch dates, status reporting, communication across cross functional project team for timely completion, and quality maintenance of my projects. Conduct plant trials for the purpose of producing samples for customer evaluation and/or approving manufacturing plant, procedures or new product start-ups. Managed new specifications with a cross functional team including nutritional information, ingredient and allergen statements, also deep understanding of USDA submission process.

Collaborated with production operators to correct problems in process to meet finished product specifications. Calibrated and maintained operational status of lab analytical equipment on a daily basis. Provided consultation services to supervisors on operation changes to maintain high quality finished product that meets finished product specifications. Trained and educated new employees in non-daily tasks and procedures.

Executed experiments in developing a food system including tests on taste, shelf life, quality and safety. Acted as technical resource for Technical Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing/Sales. Led teams in learning new technologies for future projects. Independently created prototypes for possible brand expansion. Set-up and organized several team building volunteering events.
