Schedule each project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Review plans with Home Buyers & our sales Rep. Make any changes to the plans at the request of the Home Buyer for our Sales Rep to submit to the corporate office for approval. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.

Met with Home Buyers to walk through the house & inspect it with them. Provided a full new home orientation to the home buyer. Explained warranty & procedures on how to turn in warranty issues. Explained the difference between what is a warranty item & what is home owner maintenance. Provided a punch list for the construction manager that the home owner & I deemed necessary for repairs.

Conducted high value replacements cost inspections. Interviewed the insured about the property. Gathered detailed information about the property & submitted it for Replacement cost evaluation to our team of experts that in turn provided a replacement cost estimate to the insurer.
