Don Frederick

I’m a Chief Operations Officer with over 20 years experience managing and growing companies with a focus on building the most effective workforces and best customer experiences possible. In the last 20 years I’ve started a successful businesses, and grown another to be one of the largest in its industry. The way I’ve been able to do this is by coaching individuals to realize their full potential while implementing new strategies to make things run smoothly. My drive and determination were evident from a young age. I started working at 13 to help support my family, but being so young in an industry filled with adults meant very few people were willing to extended a helping hand. This made me work even harder to be the best I could; to prove to myself that I am able to overcome any obstacles in my career and life. I believe that very struggle is what still drives me to want to help others reach their full potential. Outside of work I love to spend time with my wife of over 20 years and our 8 children. That is not a typo, we have 8 children. 7 daughters and 1 son. When I’m not with my family you can typically find me on a golf course, out taking in some of the local culture, or volunteering for Knights of Columbus with friends and colleagues. Being a husband, father, and friend taught me a few things. Through those roles I have learned the importance of being humble, patient, empathetic, and compassionate to others while remaining a strong role model. Please feel free to contact me.
