Duties: Call and e-mail handling, resolving minor technical issues over the phone, dealing with the major issues by logging and referring calls to the appropriate teams, providing professional advice for customers, keeping records of all customers enquiries in the reporting system, creating accounts using Active Directory service.

Creating, searching for, and modifying asset records. Adding additional details, and relating other items to the existing records, I am taking care of creating and maintaining business contract associated with asset management. Creating weekly and monthly report using MS excel and MS access software. Tracking assets by contacting asset users and owners. Creating support, warranty, lease, maintenance, and software contract and license information.

As a Back Office Team leader I am responsible for service to be delivered on the agreed level by monitoring Back Office queue and allocate daily duties to BO members. Charing the conference calls with business partners to improve the existing process of call handling. Due to the wide range of requests I am entitled to work in close relation with server administrators, security officers and service delivery managers to meet the agreed requirements.
