Looking for opportunities to develop I joined the elite remote service team in the field of kitchen planning. My goal is to accompany customers from the first meeting to the purchase and provide them the best interior desing solutions based on my experience.

Seller of the Year with 356 kitchens sold in FY 2021. Many times I supported the manager in guiding visits of the management in the store. I planned and coordinated the project of the tenement house in cooperation with the city of Lublin as part of the European Youth Capital. Winner of the internal video competition at IKEA Poland.

I have natural drive to inspire and encouragr others, and that is why I created and develop my own handicraft brand, based on love for natural materials and admiration for the possibilities of what can be done with our hands. My mission is to give begginers courage to try knitting and help them awaken creativity. Every year I raise the standard of my workshops by establish partnerships with prestigious venues. I am proud to employ local artists in the implementation of B2B orders.

As an administrative manager, I acquired new facilities for cooperation, was responsible for setting staff schedules and coordinated cyclical instuktors trainings. I organized logistical and technical facilities for children's camps for over 140 participants.

Conducting dance classes for children in schools and kindergartens. Establishing relationships with parents. Cooperation with school heads and staff.

Responsible for registering guests, sales of additional services and issuing invoices. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. This position allowed me to build confidence in direct customer service and dealing with difficult situations.
