I bring experience in additive manufacturing services and R&D for Direct Metal Laser Melting (DMLM), supporting customers across the full lifecycle from concept to printed and validated parts. In my role, I act as a single point of contact for customers and service technicians on process, optics, software, and application topics, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. I also create and deliver technical trainings for both internal teams and external partners. I also act as the service stakeholder to R&D for new product and upgrade rollouts, making sure serviceability and customer feedback are built in from day one Within R&D, I was leading internal DMLM projects focused on parameter and process development for different materials, and on application development for customer-specific parts. My work included preprocessing build files and jobs, process monitoring during production, and detailed part analysis to continuously improve quality, reliability, and performance of additively manufactured components.
