Building and scaling businesses by focusing on two things that actually matter, good people and well designed systems. In 2018, I co founded South Yorkshire Windows, growing it from the ground up into a multi team regional installer. Through clear processes, strong leadership, and consistent delivery, the business has scaled year on year and recently turned over just under £1.5m. Alongside this growth, I have developed a strong interest and practical skillset in systems, workflows, and operational structure, particularly CRM and ERP platforms. I am a firm believer that scalable businesses are not built on heroics, but on repeatable processes that allow teams to perform at their best. In January 2023, I launched Trade Window Centre, a national supplier of uPVC windows and doors. The business has grown year on year and achieved turnover just shy of £3m last year. We continue to invest heavily in state of the art machinery and production capability to improve product quality, efficiency, and long term performance. I am always interested in conversations around growth, systems, operations, and building businesses that are designed to scale sustainably and without unnecessary complexity.
