Administered, monitored and managed a 2,500 node/10,000 user network including workstations, file/application servers, printers and various peripheral equipment. Controlled all computing resources that were essential to assuring network connectivity. Provided hardware, software and network support for all users by installing, configuring and maintaining all elements vital to the operation and function of the network infrastructure. Regulated and controlled network access through NetWare and Windows NT/2000 profiles and permissions. Developed and implemented backup and recovery strategies for data rescue and retrieval. Developed and maintained network monitoring practices through the use of FLUKE and SNIFFER technologies. Instructed and supervised junior staff regarding network maintenance, monitoring and diagnostics. Interacted with a wide variety of venders and end users in purchasing and support functions.

Managed emergency medical and rescue incidents while providing basic and advanced life support in the pre-hospital setting. Produced and maintained detailed reports and records. Functioned as an advanced instructor for the Mercer County Emergency Services Training Center. Taught and administered courses to Police, Fire and EMS professionals as well as to community laypersons. Cross-trained in the Emergency Services Communication Center as a Telecommunicator and Medical/Fire Dispatcher. Answered 9-1-1 phones and handled all phases of communications from initial dispatch and unit assignment through incident management and resource allocation.

Volunteer Position- As a Chair of this event, I work with the American Cancer Society staff to organize and run the annual Golf & Tennis Classic at Greenacres Country Club in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. My goal for the 2010 outing is to secure corporate funding through sponsorships, advertising and participation. Join us this year October 10th, 2010 for a rare opportunity to play one of the premiere golf course in New Jersey.

Founded GenTech Systems as an IT Service Provider for small and medium businesses in the greater Mercer County region. We are now a full service Managed Service provider with offices in Trenton and Jersey City New Jersey. We serve clients from New York City to Washington DC as well as several intersts in Thailand, Taiwan and China. Within the company, I provide technology management services to multiple agencies and private corporations. Design, implement and maintain network solutions for business offices and computer learning centers. Provide hands-on support across all levels of IT business operations. Oversee day-to-day operations of management office including personnel, facilities and systems management. Develop programs designed to enhance system wide responses to critical incidents.
