I am the founder and owner of Domestic Gourmet, a company dedicated to creating high-quality, gourmet Latin foods that are free from artificial colors and preservatives. With a deep respect for tradition and a commitment to health-conscious ingredients, I work hard to create authentic flavors that honor the rich culinary heritage passed down through generations. My mission is to provide families with delicious, wholesome kitchen staples that evoke the warmth and memories of ancestral cooking while promoting healthier, more mindful eating. Through Domestic Gourmet, we bring the heart of Latin cuisine into homes, offering a taste of tradition with a twist of modern convenience. My diverse skill set includes food manufacturing, culinary artistry, strategic marketing, captivating photography, meticulous video editing, engaging voiceovers, eloquent writing, efficient project management, and dynamic public speaking. I thrive on the synergy of these talents to create content and my specialty food products. Beyond the culinary world, I'm proud to be an ambassador for the Endometriosis Foundation of America and its youth program, ENPOWR. I help raise awareness and teach young people the signs and symptoms of endometriosis so they can better advocate for themselves.
