As the Founder and CTO of Beyond Motors, I lead the development and production of innovative and sustainable electric motors for various applications, such as aviation, automotive, and industrial. I am passionate about creating solutions that can improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance performance and reliability. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ljubljana, I have a strong background in design, testing, and optimization of mechanical systems and components. I have also acquired multiple skills in project management, customer service, business development, and technical support, through my previous roles as the CTO and Head of Development at Emrax, and as a Leadership Member at Business Angels of Slovenia. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, collaborating with customers and partners, and learning from new challenges and opportunities.
