Joined as a general member of OFG Nepal, the Nepal chapter of one of the largest global youth-led creative organizations. Actively attended all online meetings, workshops, and community sessions. Key Responsibilities & Contributions: Lead internal administrative functions by managing workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and streamlining processes to ensure smooth daily operations. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to unify teams and maximize impact across programs. Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Founding Board, proposing new initiatives and guiding organizational growth. Oversee community management and digital campaign efforts to maintain a strong, consistent, and engaging organizational presence online. Develop and implement internal policies and systems that improve operational efficiency and enhance team productivity. Spearhead quality improvement initiatives that helped the organization meet standards required for nonprofit certifications such as Google for Nonprofits. As the Digital Campaign Coordinator and Creator at Heart Avenue Association, I lead the creative development and execution of strategic digital campaigns that reflect the organization’s values of dignity, equity, and healing. I work closely with the Marketing Director to strengthen our visual identity, build community engagement, and drive impactful storytelling through multimedia formats. Key Responsibilities: Develop and launch global digital campaigns aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand presence across platform Analyze engagement metrics to improve campaign performance and audience reach. Support community outreach through digital tools, design, and storytelling.

Initiated and established Pokhara Youth Model United Nations to promote youth engagement in diplomacy, public speaking, and global affairs. Designed the branding, logo, and visual identity inspired by the UN framework. Recruited and coordinated a core organizing team of students and volunteers. Led outreach to local schools and youth networks to build participation and awareness. Developed the event structure, theme, and strategic plan for the inaugural 2025 conference. Building partnerships with educators, mentors, and MUN experts to ensure a high-impact experience.

STEMforNepal is a student-led initiative dedicated to making Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education more accessible for students across Nepal. We focus on practical learning, hands-on workshops, and community programs that help students build confidence and curiosity in STEM fields. Our mission is to empower students with real opportunities to explore STEM, support their learning journey, and connect them with mentors, resources, and modern skills that prepare them for the future. At STEMforNepal, we work to: Create workshops and learning events for students Develop simple, student-friendly study materials Support early exposure to STEM education Build a network of learners, volunteers, and educators Promote a student-led culture of curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation We aim to inspire young minds and ensure that every student in Nepal, regardless of background, has the chance to explore the world of STEM.
