-Contact with overseas suppliers. -Review related documents e.g. shipping documents, BL/AWB, COO before providing the final approved documents to custom broker -Check product usage information and order estimates to ensure that the product meets usage requirements. -Make a payment to supplier e.g. TT, TR, LC -Follow up and tracking incoming shipment with shipping agent. -Other tasks as assigned.

-Co-ordinate with purchasing department to follow up shipping documents -Review related documents e.g. shipping documents, BL/AWB and any exempt forms before providing the final approved documents to custom broker -Co-operate with other related departments for an importation (Purchasing dept,Custom Broker,Reguratory dept) -Verify the draft of import entry before confirming an approval to custom broker -Prepare shipping document for issuing import license e.g. LPI, DOF 2, Form PQ 5 -Prepare shipping document for import duty with Account dept. -Follow up and tracking incoming shipment with shipping agent and coordinate with warehouse team. -Other tasks as assigned.

-Prepare the related shipping document for exporting shipment. e.g. Import/Export -Entry Export Declaration, E-Phyto -Do customs process for exportation. -Collect the final data e.g. for creating master AWB and submit mannifest to air line. -Co-ordinate with customs officer when the status " red line " of exporting declaration was founded .
