Working directly with Microsoft to growth Vietnam market for 3 channels: Microsoft Consumer, Microsoft DPS. Building strategic business planning & execution of business initiatives through sales and marketing team Managed and work with 11 peoples in my team including sales and marketing team to implement and follow the plan monthly, quarterly, yearly about sales, catogory, marketing, finance. My customers databases are customers in retailers channel, ecommerce and SMB customers.

Assistant Microsoft brand manager (BM) in distributor, support for BM to build business strategy quarterly regarding revenue, marketing plan and allocate investment. Working directly with Microsoft with 3 channels: Microsoft Retail, Microsoft DPSS and Microsoft gaming. Buidling strategy for each partners segment such as:Retailers (TGDD,FPTshop,Cellphones,...), Ecommerce (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki), Traditional partners (NGUYEN KIM, Sieu Viet,..). Achievement: FY22 +12.6% YoY; FY23 +10.6% YoY under challenging macro-economy from 2021-2023 Covid pandemic, increasing inflation & FX fluctuations.

In responsibility of managing for Microsoft consumer software & PC accessory in Vietnam. My primary responsibilities include managing and allocating adequate financing, developing a monthly or quarterly business plan that is suitable, negotiating with merchants to implement the plan, and following and evaluating the effectiveness of the plan. My customer database is the IT retaillers such as: FPTshop, The gioi di dong, Cellphones,...and Ecommerce partners as Shopee, Lazada and Tiki.
