As a TL at Cisco I lead multiple simultaneous projects including designers, researchers, and developers, as well as provide individual contributions for ethnography, use-case development, wireframe and storyboard design, design validation, and usability testing. I am used to working in agile as well as waterfall development processes where deliverable schedules flex along with development priorities. I am also comfortable working with management to report findings and create cost-analysis ROI reports to demonstrate impact of our work to both customers and the internal bottom line.

User Experience, Interaction Designer role. Responsible for user research, prototype development, usability testing, and process development. Current focus is on Small-Medium Business hardware and deployment interaction.
