Worked and advised a rural community to promote positive changes in nutrition, maternal and child health, hygiene, water sanitation, and environmental protection. Promote small scale enterprise to increase the standard of living in the community. Accelerated community-led work plans for the improvement of water and sanitation by developing and implementing asset inventories, socio-economic surveys, needs assessments, and natural resource assessments.

Deployed to federally declared emergencies to establish a timely presence. Served and supported disaster survivors directly in the communities where they live and work providing tailored information and services. Conducted survivor needs assessments, and, as necessary, identify those with immediate needs in addition to cataloging individual and family needs. Aided survivors with the Individual Assistance registration process to receive Federal aid. Provided disaster survivors with referral information in order to ensure the survivor’s needs were met quickly.

Oversaw the collection and receipt drafting of monthly fees from parents of the school students in excess of $50,000. Organized logistics for student summer camp in collaboration with private businesses and city departments. Successfully preformed conflict resolution tasks between students that prevented further escalation to the Director. Managed front office organizational and clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and receiving parents.

Developed strategic partnerships to improve the medical services provided to Ebola survivors during the West African Ebola Epidemic in Sierra Leone. Oversaw the operation of 12 rural community satellite clinics. Represented the organization to all Ebola Emergency Management Task Forces. Organized and executed International AIDS day campaign reaching 150,000 people.

Managed livestock and dry goods in the store's aquatic department. Educated customers to make informed decisions about their aquariums. Ensured proper aquatic care and husbandry for all aquatic life in the store and maintained aquatic systems through routine maintenance. Achieved and exceeded store's budgeted sales goals by driving aquatic sales and preventing inventory loss. Independently prioritized and accomplished multiple tasks within established time-frames.

Assisted in the transition from the Archdiocesan Development Office of Freetown and Bo to the now independent development office of Caritas Bo via community needs assessments, and marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of independent operations.

Supported graduate students of the Department of Environmental Sciences Post Graduate Program in the collection of field data in nearby streams to study ecosystems and the effects of drought on North Texas watersheds.
