As a technical lead in fast web initiative I was responsible for architecture solutions to make app's load time faster. It included rethinking the app structure, leveraging isomorphic JS, caching strategies, PWA (service workers, http2 leverage such as server-push), cutting bundle size down and other strategies. In addition I've been working on widget view for some of iHeart app pages (live, podcast etc) so that the users can embed those into their web sites. Team had to make the app more modular, so new pages and subpages could be build using reusable components.
