Main tasks: - monitoring all incoming partners with traffic sources for fraudulent activity (bans and approvals were by Compliance) - affiliate payment approvals were handled by the Compliance department; - dividing Direct traffic into quality segments by GEO and Format; - monitoring partner ROI by payment methods (RevShare, Flatrate, FixCPM), traffic quality, and advertising formats. - creating and updating tools for tracking undersold traffic slices.

Department Responsibilities / Tasks: - Quality control of work processes and sales negotiations conducted by the sales departments (Demand, Traffic, RTB). - Identification of problem areas in the work of sales departments, analysis of managers’ performance, and search for possible solutions to increase their effectiveness. - Optimization of the operations of all departments under the responsibility of the Control Department (Demand, Traffic, RTB, CPA). During certain periods while holding the current position, managed other departments: the CPA team (10.2021–02.2022) and the Demand, Traffic, and RTB departments (12.2023–05.2024) as CRO.

Main responsibilities: - searching for new partners; - negotiating collaborations; - managing, scaling, and developing existing partnerships.
