Optimized map markers collection and rendering speed from 12s to 1.3s. • Designed the frontend of the network devices accounting service that is sold to providers both in Russia and abroad. Translated the project and docs into English, which allowed company to reach international market. • Reduced the load on the main project by 23% and calls to technical department by 27%, by migrating legacy frontend of the network devices diagnostic service to a separate new React App with a modern approach and UX/UI all by myself, while accelerating feature integration and debugging time. • Revived the switch auto-configuration project so engineers could setup switches independently, saving the time of a network engineers. • Implemented CI/CD practices and increased test coverage from 33% to 81%, reducing production bugs rate and reviewing time of other team members. Worked on a task tracker for internal company use. • Met strict deadlines, allowing company to migrate 30% of all employees to the new task-tracker on early stages of development by the end of the year. • Decreased the app’s UI crush rate from 32% to 4%, displayed more statuses so users would not hang without a response, not knowing what was happening behind the scenes. • Engaged in onboarding of 2 junior team members, reduced their onboarding time from 3mo. to 1.5mo. • Developed a UI library applicable to 7 projects, documented how components work, replaced third-party libraries with internal solutions.
