With over 15 years of experience and deep expertise in the HoReCa industry, my primary task at Dodo Brands is to implement the business development strategy for Dodo Pizza in Kazakhstan. Our ambitious goal is to triple our turnover, have at least one hundred restaurants, and achieve the highest Top of Mind brand recognition among all QSR operators in Kazakhstan within three years. To reach this goal, I lead the comprehensive implementation of the strategy, coordinating the work of our cross-functional team at the management company level in Kazakhstan, and building strong partnerships with our franchisees and external partners.
