This is my passion project I have been collaborating on for the last few years with a Sergei Chekanov, a distinguished physics researcher at Argonne National Laboratory. The main goal we set is providing educational and knowledge resources along with free, transparent peer review platform where peers with scientific credentials can freely publish and discuss their discoveries without limitations by "official" peer review journals. This is a Pro Bono, voluntary, freelance role which has no effect on duties and responsibilities of regular employment. As our team is very small, I am responsible for multiple areas: -Hosting, building, and maintaining knowmedia.org -Supporting quality and performance of knowmedia.org and KMF member websites such as HandWiki.org, by performing content quality governance and technical updates -Traffic and data analysis for indexation and SEO purpuses -Marketing and business strategy formulation for KMF and HandWiki -Communication with regulatory bodies (IRS, State, etc.) during formation, and authoring bylaws.

-- Contributed to building automation and test coverage across multiple devices and OS versions, for features and releases for Fetch Mobile (iOS and Android), using Android Studio, X-Platform, Ruby, Rspec, Appium (with XCUItest and UIautomator2), for native, hybrid and web testing, and Python for API testing. -- Increased team test coverage by 10%. -- Contributed to test strategy documentation, release readiness reviews and quality audits -- Tracked, analyzed, and reported on software defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high product quality. -- Identified opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team. For example, demonstrated and proposed adoption of a unified framework and language across teams. -- Promoted usage of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT, and Copilot for test case generation, test data generation, automation script generation and quality insights. -- Established tagging to improve traceability and decrease test run time across automation framework, reducing average test runs by at least 30%. -- Integrated tests and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions, eliminating manual test suite deployments -- Installed Testiny test management system for QA team by Interviewing 3 test management system providers, driving team-wide selection process, then providing initial setup. -- Provided mentorship to junior QA engineers upon request and at least weekly as a dedicated hour. -- Lead Performance testing with Locust framework. Continuously improved and extended framework capabilities to accomplish engineering goals. Achieved 100% test coverage for all public APIs. Drove application performance benchmarking strategy and execution. Identified performance bottlenecks and recommended solutions -- UI Testing with Playwright and Selenium. Covered all end-to-end user flows identified by teams -- Backend API Testing with Pytest. Achieved 100% test coverage on all core APIs -- Evaluated, selected, set up and maintained functional, integration, API and performance test automation tools, frameworks, strategies and documentation, aiming to enhance and improve testing framework efficiency and coverage. Ensured scalable and maintainable test automation design -- Integrated test automation frameworks into CircleCI CI/CD using Docker containers within a Kubernetes cluster on AWS infrastructure. -- Integrated tests with Jira Xray test management -- Lead and mentored a team of Senior SDETs in implementation of company Quality Engineering strategy in line with industry standard quality assurance principles and testing techniques.
