At Voltanova, I’m leading the charge in building next-generation thermal energy storage systems (TES) which is made in India for the word to decarbonize industries. As Co-Founder & COO, I’ve been at the forefront of shaping our technology and strategy—from lab to industrial scale—bringing to life an affordable, long-duration(LDES), and maintenance-free energy storage solution that meets the complex needs of industries like cement, steel, and process manufacturing. Our system delivers resilient and dispatchable heat and power, addressing the last-mile energy challenge where batteries fall short. Backed by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), we are deploying thermal BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) designed to run for decades, reducing both energy costs and carbon emissions at scale. Prior to Voltanova, I co-founded Sterve, an AI-driven commerce platform for MSMEs, helping small businesses increase sales by up to 40%. This blend of technical leadership and entrepreneurial execution continues to define my approach: marrying deep operations knowledge with clean-tech innovation. I bring over 14 years of cross-regional experience across the Middle East, North Africa, and India, working on large-scale energy infrastructure projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and turnkey manufacturing. My core strength lies in project execution, operations, and business development, now redirected to clean energy innovation. I hold an engineering degree from the University of Pune and a master’s from Hult International Business School. As the global industry pivots to net zero, my mission is to make thermal energy storage the backbone of sustainable industrial growth—scalable, affordable, and built to last.
