* Development and implementation of a game model that would give an identity to the team and * facilitate the progression and growth of players and club throughout the season/s. * Assist first coach in the preparation and design of the training and direction of the sessions on field. * Support players’ technical, tactical and physical progress * Manage the team in competitive and friendly fixtures, implementing effective match strategies * Ensure the players feel confident to play at their best and express themselves on the pitch. * Own and rival video analysis.

* Implement annual program based on the academy methodology looking for the integral development of each player (technical, tactical, socio-affective and physical) * First trainer of U-9 youth team, in charge of managing both groups and the achievement of objectives established in the developed program.

* Coordinator in house for to apply/teach the club's methodology. * First coach of teams U12, U16 and U18, in charge of management groups and to achieve objectives which are focused on teaching and developing a model of soccer based on position game.
