One of very few art and collectible design exhibitions in Israel, showcasing hundreds of curated pieces by world famous designers and artists. - Logistics management: pick-up and return locations in 17 countries; broker and agent relations, cost control, shipment tracking, conditional import (פט"מ), shipping and exhibition insurance, local deliveries, re-export. - Database: creation and management of the full objects and suppliers database, containing necessary info for multiple company departments - 500+ objects entries, 100+ suppliers and subcontractors. - Art handling and installation: installation team supervision, marking and storage organization for items and their crates, unpacking and visual assessment of fine art and collectible objects, daily count and damage control, sourcing of restoration specialists. - Customer relations: advisory for sales team and visitors, objects handling during the exhibition, deliveries to the customers, post-sale service (restoration, certificates of authenticity, installation assistance).

- Puchasing and vendor relations: issue of purchase orders, cost and production time control, claim management, payments and balances, foreign supplier registration in Israel Tax Authority system. - Logistics management: transport quotes, arranging collections and freight (sea and air; FCL and LCL) - average of 2 TEU/week, export documents checks, goods movement monitoring, organizing customs clearance via broker, customs fees and brokerage cost control, local deliveries to clients' facilities. - ERP system (Priority) management: price lists, sales orders, purchase orders, issue of client invoices (AR) and receipt of supplier invoices (AP), import shipment registration (תיקי יבוא). - Customer relations: open orders reports, price and lead time updates, providing up-to-date information about freight cost, transit time, delivery dates, claims management. Maternity cover position.

- Full scope of purchasing activities – both domestic and foreign: construction and finish materials, installation and construction works and services, live trees and plants, laminated wood structures, façade masonry works, interior woodworks and paneling, low voltage systems and technical lights (including “smart house” integration via DALI, KNX and Crestron), furniture, textiles. - Communication with other departments of the company: collecting project design, detailed design, engineering and post-completion documentation; elaborating technical requirements for future orders placed with subcontractor; organization of technical audits of potential contractors and suppliers. - Tender procedures: tender forms and requirements, RFA, RFQ, bidders assessment. - Contracts and reclamations. - Search for new import and foreign currency payment possibilities. - Special logistic needs and requests.

3+ years as a department head - 3 to 5 employees: - Strategic procurement management. - Department staff management, incentive and KPI scheme implementation. - Optimization of department business processes: order placement standards, request forms, rate calculation tables. - New and existing suppliers’ management and relations: search, trade conditions negotiations, market research, contracts, introduction to the sales team. - Reports and data analysis: plan-fact, order consolidation, sales and purchase volumes, warehouse stock, reclamations and compensations- Domestic and international commercial, transport and financial documents processing: quotes, proforma invoices, packing lists, CMR, BOL. - Automatization: detailed description of all purchasing and import related processes for an IT-contractor for now implemented CRM system. - Control over full supply cycle: sourcing, budgeting, delivery, post-sale service. - Achieved sea container freight charge reduction of 12%, inland EU freight charge reduction of 18%.

Business development position for a leading smart sanitaryware manufacturer: - managing company database of interior designers: contacts, preferences, loyalty program; - dealer network in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg: assistance with stock replenishing, events, POSM; - product demonstration in company technical centre, interiors designer and construction specialists workshops.

- Purchasing and sales of interior design goods from French and US manufacturers in highest price segments - Client relations: order status updates, white glove deliveries, client retention. - Marketing and advertising activities: press relations, social media posting, new collections presentations. - Negotiations and procurement contracts with suppliers and manufacturers. - Order placement for standard and made-to-measure pieces. Communication assistance between interiors designers and manufacturers for custom pieces. - Visits to manufacturing facilities in France for pre-ship QA and negotiations. - Controlled procurement of a project in Monaco with a total budget of 1,100,000 €.
