• Assisting with customer quotes, proposals, tender responses & customer enquiries. • Creating presentations and sales collateral. • Collaborating with the Sales team • Communicating with customers & prospects and attending to their enquiries. • Assisting with marketing campaigns and lead generating activities. • Updating CRM and internal systems. • Assisting the project management team. • Assisting with Helpdesk when required. • Helping prepare for offsite Conferences and Events.

• Maintaining executive diary, attending executive/organisational meetings and taking minutes • Establishing and/or maintaining current working and personal filing systems for executive • Answering executive correspondence • Maintaining office stationary supplies • Ordering stock from suppliers • Booking freight and handling dispatch and deliveries • Creating and utilising data bases for customer contact • Optimising and maintaining the Dynamic Solar website and social media page/s • Preparing documentation for quotations and post-installation • Preparation of financial/tax schedules, calculating costings and/or wage and salary requirements, completing personnel/payroll data for authorisation, reconciliation of accounts to balance.
