Jacco van Ossenbruggen - Organizing the hiring of new Teaching Assistants, interacting with hiring managers and human resources - Instructing new TAs on grading guidelines and how to deal with potential classroom issues - Designing assignment descriptions and detailed rubrics - Teaching and grading students with special educational requirements, e.g. students on the Autism spectrum, students with Dyslexia, and resit students - Being the main point of contact for students who experience problems with grading and general course content
