Davut Kavranoglu envisions his role similar to the role of a conductor in a symphony orchestra, as a synchronizer of many disciplines for a common goal of developing solutions for complex problems. As such, during his eight years long public service he sought the cooperation and worked with a large team of volunteers from the pool of excellent scientists, entrepreneurs, NGOs and public servants around the world to study these problems and develop solutions. After analyzing the problems and possible solutions, a set of execution steps have been developed to implement the most viable solutions. Accordingly, draft laws for Science, Technology, Industry and Education policies have been prepared within a policy package. This reform package devices a new policy making system and draft laws that covers the education polices, university policies, industry policies, health-care policies and all aspects economy, healthcare, education, science, technology, industry, defence, agriculture in an integrated manner.
