Head of Design for Jaeger Menswear Creative control of brand and product direction Head of brand strategy for Menswear

- Senior men's knitwear and accessories designer. - Working with the Head of Design & Creative Director to shape the entire menswear range. - Managing and designing the growing accessories business. Including bags, leather goods, footwear, jewellery and homeware. - Managing a junior designer to assist in the design and development of the accessories area, while helping to manage the rest of the junior team.

- Working with the Head of Menswear and Creative Director to create an aspiration range across all product areas. - Constructing creative and in depth research at the start of each season. Pushing and growing our offer of personal Men's specific accessories along with the rest of the Menswear range. - Managing a junior designer to assist in the design and development of the knitwear and accessories, while helping to manage the rest of the junior team. - Experienced in Illustrator to produce technical specifications for all products designed. - Responsible for the initial concept, design and development of the entire growing Men's Accessories range. Including belts, small leather goods, bags, luggage, footwear and gifting. - Designing the growing men's knitwear business, driving newness through development of innovative yarns, stitches and shapes. Visiting Pitti yearly to network with European and UK based yarn suppliers. - Liaising with factories and suppliers Internationally on fabric and product development. - Visiting our European, Far East and UK suppliers for development of product across all categories. - Working directly with UK based manufactures on product development for bags, belts, small leather goods, footwear and knitwear. - Strong presentation skills, regularly presenting designs to Directors and wholesale. - Taking ownership of product areas and standing in for Senior members when needed. - Seasonal International research trips to New York, Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam as well as UK based. - Previously responsible for design and development across all other product categories including jersey and wovens.
