Delivering operational support for Coinbase's institutional trading exchanges (CDE & INTX), serving as a front-line specialist troubleshooting complex technical and functional issues affecting trading systems, clearing operations, and client connectivity.

Early joiner of the product operations team, responsible for all digital asset ops including ensuring seamless flow of XSGD/XIDR stablecoin product and core ops functions (I.e. whitelisting, OTC, deposit & withdrawal resolution). Together with my team, we develop & execute product and data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.

Coordinated closely with BD & Ops teams in the ShopbackGO vertical to onboard merchants & generate leads. Worked with BA to generate internal QC processes that are scalable & data-friendly.

Responsible for successful remittance of IPTV (IDR/PHP/THB/VND) currencies. In-charge of foreign currency liquidity management and bank account reconciliation. Exposed to Payments/Remittance industry best-practices.

Successfully obtained my PPL (private pilots license) along with over 150+ hours of Single Engine flight time (solo + dual) including cross country navigation, Night VFR and introductory aerobatics. Advanced minor in Aviation Management, knowledge in aviation regulations, business strategy & operations. Currently preparing for Multi-Engine and CPL (commercial pilot license) training.

Originally enrolled into clean energy, I decided to build upon my passion for design and enrol into Interactive Media Design where I was able to fine-tune my creativity and design websites, mobile apps and other forms of digital media.
