Project Manager (McDonald’s Restaurants NP6 upgrade to NCR POS) -Project administration -Lead conferences with all involved teams (Bell and McDonald) -Information gathering -Delegate tasks to implicate teams and insure a follow up -Ensure billing is accurate and reflects extra charges -Create implementation schedule in the change calendar -Project specific meetings participation -Implementation plan review -Change Management Request creation and followups -Create or coordinate the opening and track approval status of change control tickets -Participate in Change review boards -Synchronize and/or follow up on ordered equipment -Order Bell and/or Third Party Suppliers field Technicians -Coordinating with the onsite customer to ensure contact availability -Coordinate test and turn up of site -Follow up on equipment disposal that is no longer required as per standard disposal process (according to service proposal) -Coordinate the return of hardware to Bell

* Configure Swift application on client’s servers (Live, Backup and DR) * Maintain and update Swift Alliance software versions and patches * Educate end-users at client sites (Banks) * Provide client support for any production reported issues * Respond to client’s Swift Alliance queries in a timely manner * Recommend backup and archive solution to multiple Swift application modules (DB, Messages, and Events) * Provide clients with Swift configuration and recommendation reports * Schedule upgrade and maintenance visits with clients * Report back to management implementation progress and client comments * Ensure client total satisfaction with Swift Alliance and EastNets AML (Anti Money Laundering), Filtering and Profiling solutions
