As Chairperson of Garware Fulflex Group, she continues on the Garware family's pioneering ethos, which is famed for changing Indian industry and worldwide production. Diya, who took over the firm at a young age, transformed it into a global leader in polymer-based solutions, expanding operations to over 85 countries and manufacturing in India and the United States. Garware Fulflex is now trusted by major brands such as Fruit of the Loom, 3M, GE, and DuPont, and serves sectors ranging from medical and textiles to sports, fitness, and eco-friendly solutions. But Diya's influence extends beyond the boardrooms. She leads with purpose, drawing on the ideals of her late grandfather, Padma Bhushan recipient Shri Abasaheb Garware, and her father, Shri Ramesh Garware. She manages two nonprofits - the Garware Fulflex Foundation, which supports education and healthcare in India, and the Ramesh Garware School at Wai, which provides subsidized education to over 1,200 kids. Raised in Sydney, educated at Cornell, and now splitting her time between Singapore, the USA, and India, Diya is a global leader with a relentless drive for innovation, excellence, and giving back.
