In my role as Global Integration Lead for HR Operations, I successfully harmonized policies and processes across regions, ensuring seamless operations following the company's acquisition by Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). ➔ Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline the creation of new hires' files. This innovative solution, developed in collaboration with IT, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Legal teams, generated over 2,000 personnel files and saved 960 man-hours. ➔ Spearheaded the launch of a global rewards and recognition program, fostering alignment with company values and enhancing collaboration among 3,000+ employees across 10 countries and three regions. I took on the challenge of analyzing internal audit findings and addressing issues raised by the Information Security and Payroll departments. Through strategic process enhancements, I reduced instances of late terminations globally by 57%. ➔ As the Enterprise Global Process Owner for Terminations, I redesigned the termination process, significantly improving the departure experience for employees and various stakeholders, including legal, payroll, finance, and facilities. ➔ I revamped statistical data reports to meet EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reporting requirements. This effort reduced data gathering and filing time from 12 weeks to just 3 weeks, ensuring adherence to OFCCP standards for federal contractors.
