About
I am a curious professional with a B.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and minors in Business & Leadership Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently, I work with RISE Consulting, where I spend my days helping organizations understand their people—what drives them, what holds them back, and actively building stronger teams and cultures. My work spans qualitative research on team behaviors to designing behavioral interventions, all while supporting clients from discovery to reccomendation. With a foundation in psychology and consulting experience across industries, I am particularly interested in the intersection of human behaviour, culture, and strategy. I enjoy bringing forward ideas that are insight-led, holistic and grounded in human behavior & thinking.Always open to thoughtful conversations, sharing insights, and exchanging ideas around people, culture, and growth!
