• Managing and implementing policies and procedures related to Human resources and Employee relations. • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies. • Providing day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development. • Consulting and effectively managing HR aspects of grievances, appeal, disciplinary, sexual harassment and other potentially contentious people issues as per the organisation policies and relevant principles of law. • Coaching and capability building for the people managers on managing the conduct and performance issues in order to improve the overall performance of business.

• Handling the end to end employee lifecycle. • Manage end to end recruitments for the following business across Zee Networks- Ad Sales, Digital, Corporate/Support Functions and Editorial. • Planning and execution of Onboarding, induction and orientation of new joinees. • Facilitating the exit formalities and ensuring closure of Full & Final settlement within stipulated time. • Ensuring complete execution of management driven agenda, policy and procedures. • Grievance handling with minimum closure time. • Driving and ensuring the quarterly Samwad and goal setting for the employees • Preparing vertical - wise annual manpower headcount & budget. • HR Analytics - Talent Acquisition Data • Issuance of Offer and Appointment Letter. • Offer Rollout and E-joining through technology rollout. • Employee transfer and confirmation.

• Handling end-to-end execution of mid management and leadership level positions. • Hiring through job portals (Naukri.com, Timesjobs, Monster.com, LinkedIn, References/Head Hunting/Network of Networks) and other sources for all levels. • Short listing candidates, scheduling interview, taking feedback from candidate and respective concern department heads. • Close participation in finalization process. • Handling candidate joining process ,submission of testimonials and required documents etc.
