Sourcing profiles as per requirement on various online/offline portal like Naukri.com, Monster, and offline reference etc. Interview coordination and managing the shortlisting process. Following with client for closure of positions. Creating offers and carrying out on-boarding process. Working on various HR tools/apps like Tallite, Reqruit and google sheet.

Source candidate for Tech Mahindra international voice and non-voice process. Manage end to end onboarding process for new hire. Coordinates with internal interviewer for candidate interview for desire job role. Source candidates through various job portals. Manage team calling stats and other updates. Documentation for vendor candidates. Daily 150+ tele callings. Brief candidates about profile. Do first level screening. Use internal portal to register candidate and schedule interview through system.
