Clarity, curiosity and listening skills – these are my most important tools as VP Communications and Systemic Coach. Inspired by the principle of Shoshin (‘beginner's mind’), I approach every task with openness and a spirit of discovery – whether in strategic communication or in supporting people and organisations. As VP Communications at Sonepar in Germany, one of the country's top 250 companies, I advise the executive board and management on strategic communication, reputation management and transformation support. My focus: precise messages, effective concepts and the implementation of change. As a systemic coach, I support executives, teams and organisations through change processes. In doing so, I combine my communication expertise with systemic thinking – for clarity, resonance and sustainable development.
