Worked alongside multiple Fluor project leads as well as client representatives in areas of process, civil, electrical, construction management, etc. o Estimated project value is approximately $1 Billion. Received a special recognition bonus for my efforts on project from company 8 months after my start date. SASREF+ Pre-Feed Pipeline engineering support for 20 pipelines routed to a grassroots Petrochemical Complex with a Mixed Feed Cracker (146 MBD) and Ethane Cracker (187 MMSCFD) located in Jubail II Saudi Arabia for Saudi Aramco. Estimated project value is more than $20 Billion. Provide technical support on 20 pipelines for design, routing, material selection, P&ID reviews, data sheet review, hydraulics review, alignment sheets while collaborating as needed with other Fluor project team members located in domestic U.S. as well as Saudi Arabia

Supported Director of Capital projects at Texas International terminals as requested for multiple project feed studies on pipeline projects, meter stations, crude oil storage tank farm projects and generate cost estimates/AFE accordingly for approved projects. Capital projects range from $1MM to over $100MM.. Execute assigned projects and engage company operations, accounting, procurement, environmental, legal, I&E, etc. as necessary to achieve project goals. Served as the Project Manager from FEED, permitting, bid process, construction and on thru to commissioning for approximate 11 miles of 24” crude pipeline installed from Texas City to Galveston, TX. (MOP 1440 psig) with a $99.2MM budget. o Two meter stations were included as part of the project. Each meter station was designed to flow between 168,000 BPD and 576,000 BPD o Project was on schedule and under budget. o Eighty percent of route was installed via direction drilling. Project had 13 HDDs o Safety record on project – Zero vehicle accidents, zero fatalities, zero 1st aids. Construction manhours were approximately 315,000 over a ten month period and a peak construction man power of 350 contractors. o Project team leader over multiple land agents, design engineering firm, environmental permitting firm, procurement agents, outside legal counsel, 3rd party construction inspection team, construction contractor and sub-contractor, I&E contractors, and SCADA design team. o Constant interaction with company operations personnel to help ensure a seamless commissioning process. Reported to upper management weekly status reports. Served as project manager for installation of approximately 4000 feet of four 8” pipelines and 4 – 12” pipelines installed as four separate HDD bundle drills and then tied in together. $7.5MM budget. o Project was on schedule and under budget.

(Director, Project Development & Construction) • Spearheaded the successful completion of nearly 2 years of manpower with zero incidents, accidents, or fatalities, as well as dozens of capital projects ranging from pipeline well connects, measurement stations, new compressor stations, hydro-testing of 60 miles of 12” pipeline, and various ODOT/TXOT-related projects • Led the Front-End Engineering Study, Phase I for the Reveille Pipeline Project, which consisted of securing engineering firm, survey company, environmental permitting firm, permitting assessments, and land companies for the installation of approximately 52 miles of 24” crude pipeline valued at $150M +/-30% • Thoroughly evaluated South Texas assets for a new refined pipeline project spanning from Corpus Christi to a proposed rail loading facility in Alice, TX, which was ~45 miles with an estimated budget of $21M • Led the team responsible for generating an online ROW and Land File System Database for the Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana Midstream Businesses as part of the Land Initiative Project, which was proposed to streamline operational, BD, and PD&C functions to improve business execution and benefit divestiture of midstream processes • Provided structured leadership and oversight for 5 employees under the Project Development and Construction Group, including a Manager of PD&C, Manager of Land, 2 Construction Supervisors, and an Admin Support • Delivered quarterly presentations outlining group performance, accomplishments, and ongoing activities while leading weekly team conference calls with Area Operations Managers, Engineering, and Business Development

(Index 99 Expansion Project | Project Value: $101MM) • Coordinated with 2 Project Managers in order to streamline assigned portions of the total project scope for a new meter station interconnect and 30” pipeline approximately 22 miles designed to transport up to 500 MMCFD • Oversaw various aspects of the project scope, including piping modifications at 2 compressor stations and MAOP restoration of exiting 12” pipeline to handle increased volumes of new deliveries and upgrades • Directed the operations on more than 22 miles of 30” pipeline and ensure compliance with FERC 7c filling criteria • Identified and recruited talent for the project team, including the regulatory group, land easement acquisition efforts, 3 party constructability expertise, design engineering firm, survey activities, procurement department, construction expertise, operations, and measurement departments • Led public outreach to local and state government entities affected by the project while providing weekly reports to senior management regarding project status

• Functioned as an Independent Oil & Gas Consultant responsible for ensuring project schedules were adhered to, assisting in operations with pre-commission and installation of eleven mainline valve assemblies, ensuring proper buoyancy control measures were installed per design, and assisting the Pipeline Project Manager and Facility Project Manager in all necessary situations • Served as the On-Site Construction Engineer for Florida Southeast Connection FERC-regulated pipeline project with 127 miles of 36” and 30” pipelines (natural gas – MAOP 1440 psig) with a $350MM budget • Attended and participated in daily construction meetings and assisted the Construction Inspection staff with Engineering Support regarding pipeline and facility installations, validation of mainline hydro tests with five segments, and delivery of technical support for ten HDDs performed by Laney Drilling Company • Reviewed as-built data for final pipeline alignment sheets and assisted operations with commissioning support • Provided Engineering reviews and on-site support for a new offshore 24” crude line installation for an oil terminal company in Alvarado, El Salvador, collaborating with the contractor on daily installation activities with new pipeline at nearly two miles in length offshore Oil & Gas Consultant Continued • Prepared a Request for Proposal in order to obtain permission for a smart pig run on the new line with multiple smart pig companies – reviewed bids and submitting recommendations for bid award to the client

(Director, Facilities Engineering) • Served on the Midstream Pipeline Company Engineering Team and Core Staff, which was focused on two primary development initiatives in North Dakota Bakken Shale and South Texas Eagle Ford Shale • Managed the development and installation of approximately 50 miles of 8”/6”/4” liquid-gathering pipelines, which connected nearly 100 wells in Zavala County, as well as 12.2 miles of 8” transmission line including 20,000 BBL API 650 storage tank for crude oil service • Coordinated a dozen equipment vendors, multiple engineering firms, and related environmental permitting agencies with the product facility design at nearly 10K BBL of oil each day, as well as the central production facilities design at 50K BBL of oil each day with a project budget of approximately $85MM • Closely supervised the second phase of the buildout, which included 12.2 miles of 8” transmission line from Zavala County to Frio County, which connected to a Plains All American Pipeline Interconnect in Dilley, TX • Oversaw and directed a Construction Inspection Staff of 20 Inspectors and a labor force 100 Contractors

• Efficiently managed multiple Capital and Integrity Projects from inception through front-end engineering, execution, commissioning, and closeout with budgets ranging from $3MM to $50MM • Provided consistent direct report of the Pipeline Integrity Group throughout the supervision of steel sleeve field installation on areas of concern from smart pig tool runs on multiple DOT-regulated pipelines • Delivered expertise with liquid (crude and refined products) pipeline, facilities, and truck terminal assets in North Dakota (Bakken Shale), Utah, and Idaho and upgraded two product terminals to handle ethanol blending • Interfaced with various departments, including Right-of-Way, Environment, Integrity Group, Procurement, and Operations on a daily basis and participated in the review of company Integrity Management Program • Modified pipelines to accommodate smart pig tool runs and installed pig traps using stopple bypass equipment • Conducted thorough reviews of pipeline historical records for DOT compliance and MAOP/MOP validation, as well as hydro-testing on existing lines as warranted by IMP plans while establishing new MAOP/MOPs • Built and assembled a grassroots crude oil truck unloading LACT station to handle 5K BBLS per day with a 15K BBL tank and upgraded a pump station from 56K BBL to 70K BBL per day for a major refinery expansion • Merged a grassroots crude oil pump station handling 30K BBL per day with a 16” DOT mainline and built a crude oil tank farm consisting of three 120K BBL tanks (API 650) and associated facilities tying into existing pipeline infrastructure for 2013 in-service
