Responsable for all valuations in the firm (business, intangibles, and others). He was the leading consultant in many debt restructuring jobs. He participated in the business and financial planning and feasibility studies of many companies in Chile.

He has participate in many corporate finance related works. He was part of the international multidisciplinary team that worked in the issuance of the securitized bonds for Universidad Diego Portales He participated in the followings valuations works: Banco Santander, CocaCola Embonor, Sonda, Banco Santiago, Endesa, others. Performed research of several industries and capital markets in Chile and LA

He developed and implanted the Valuation Manual for Andersen Latin America - Corporate Finance offices. His work as responsible for the Latin American Valuation Center included the review of all the valuation services projects done in the region. He has worked in more than 30 valuations services performed in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Venezuela. His work also included the preparation and analysis of valuation methodology, articles, procedures, and other matters related to valuation services in emerging markets
