Dino Pappas

Dr. Dino Pappas, DC, MS, ATC, CSCS, CKTP, cert MDT, ACP, is a 2009 honors graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. He has received a masters degree in kinesiology with athletic training specialization from Indiana University-Bloomington & a bachelors degree in kinesiology with athletic training specialization from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana. Dr. Pappas is a licensed chiropractic physician in Texas, certified athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist. He has postgraduate training in sports medicine, rehabilitation, acupuncture, nutrition, manual therapy, TMJ (Jaw) and orofacial (mouth & face) care, kinesiotaping, Graston Technique, Active Release Techniques (ART®), orthotic fabrication, and analysis & treatment of foot and ankle injuries. He has helped children, adults and geriatrics with their health concerns. He has also helped athletes at all levels from professional to recreational. The doctor’s goal is to provide comprehensive, conservative care to his patients. Comprehensive conservative care is the treatment of injuries, ailments and disease without the use of drugs and surgery. The doctor is a firm believer in integrated medicine which blends the talents of different specialists in achieving high quality, affordable patient care. He is the creator of a 4-part continuing education series, Pain 2 Performance, that seeks to share how to effectively transition a patient from pain 2 performance during the course of care in your office. He teaches these concepts via in person and in webinar format across the US. On a personal note, the doctor is an avid runner having completed 5 marathons (2 Chicago Marathons, Big Sur, Rock & Roll San Diego Marathon and Fox Valley Marathon) and 3 half marathons (2 Chicago Half Marathons and Southwest Half Marathon). His professional goal is to become a chiropractor for Team USA at international competitions.
