* SAP ECC 6.0 Full cycle implementation * Handles implementation of Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO) * Involvement in the entire project cycle for this government agency assignment from project preparation, business blueprint, and realization, to go-live and post implementation support. * Conducts Train-the-trainer sessions for Controlling and Asset Accounting * Prepares LSMW programs for data upload * Create Asset Accounting report suitable via ABAP Query.

* Primary function involved continuous improvement and support of the SAP R/3 system in the company. * Prepares Cost Analysis and manual product costing on the different stages of Poultry Processing. * Provide assistance to SAP R/3 user on issues related to system error messages for Controlling as well as inventory management. * Assists reconciliation of SAP inventory balances against actual count * Conducts audit to various branches and prepare exceptions & operational reports for management use * Reviews and analyzes actual production cost with emphasis to direct material, labor and overhead expenses incurred. * Conducts regular physical count of all finished goods and other inventories and prepares report on the result of the count. * Recommends inventory control system and prepares inventory control procedures and documentation

* Handles posting of document receipts and issuances for the purchase of spare parts, container/ packaging materials and raw material inventories to their individual stock cards. * Prepares monthly summary and compute the cost of the various inventories issued to production and other subsidiaries. * Prepares Journal Voucher (JV) and Debit Memos (DM) to book up various consumption and transfer of raw materials to sister companies and subsidiaries. * Prepares monthly comparative valuation report on the consumption of Raw material, Spare Parts and other inventories issued to production. * Coordinates and conducts monthly physical inventory count of finished goods inventories at Central Warehouse. * Prepares variance analysis and report of the result of the count. * Check and validates the Finished Goods Stock Movement report and see to it that postings are correct and accurate. * Prepares inventory Adjustment Advice (AA) for erroneous encoding and incorrect usage of material codes. This AA is being forwarded to EDP for input into the in house system.
