Atuo como Especialista em Engenharia de Software, principal objetivo é de aumentar a confiabilidade dos sistemas envolvidos na Arquitetura no CRM do Santander. • Migrei os serviços que estavam em versões diferentes do Openshift / Kubernetes para outra uma outra versão e outra topologia. Necessitou utilizar alguns padrões de sistemas distribuídos, reescrevendo trechos dos códigos para adaptá-lo a essa nova topologia. Nesse período escrevi um plugin Maven(Mojo) que agregou nessa migração, em vez de usar soluções mais complexas e caras fornecidas por terceiros, economizando demasiadamente em custos financeiros para a empresa. • Projetei e implementei uma arquitetura de microserviços que melhorou a escalabilidade e a manutenção do sistema, aumentando a vazão de envio de requisições simultaneamente, utilizando o Spring Boot, conceitos de Threads em requisições HTTP de forma assíncrona. • Fui responsável por formular as questões de de PRR (Production Readiness Review), realizando code reviews e mentorando membros da equipe a seguirem os passos adequados antes das realizações de implantações produtivas, garantido a disponinilidade de nossos serviços. • Implementei em um dos nossos serviços, verticalizações da nossa pipeline de CI/CD utilizando Cloudbees para implantações na AWS, AKS e Openshift com o propósito de distribuirmos as cargas de requisições.

One of my key responsibilities involves the development and maintenance of the SafraPay Digital (a card payment machine) and Digital Bank (a virtual banking platform without physical branches) applications. As part of a Squad comprising at least eight members, including the Scrum Master, I ensure the smooth functioning of these apps, which are utilized by over 200,000 customers. In each sprint, we release a new version of the app that includes both new features and enhancements. I also take proactive measures to prevent Application Not Responding (ANR) incidents by monitoring and improving the app's ANR rate. Some of my contributions include: Developing a new on boarding process for customers, which incorporates liveness detection (Facecaptcha) and requires the submission of necessary documents (DocumentCopy). Implementing the Open Finance model, which enables users to share their financial data with third-party services (with another financial services company). Integrating Samsung Pay into the payment system for Samsung devices. Implementing SSL Pinning to ensure that only a select number of SSL certificates are accepted as valid during network handshakes. Developing routines for push notifications to deliver marketing campaign messages, complete with deep links and embedded images. Enhancing code protection and implementing anti-piracy measures. Migrating from a custom app to a "white-label" app that supports multiple product flavors.

As part of my role at Vivo/Telefonica Company, I was responsible for the development and maintenance of the Troubleshooting Management System. Working within a squad of at least 10 members, including the Scrum Master, my key responsibilities included: Designing new features to enhance the process of opening multiple tickets. Writing comprehensive technical documentation to support system understanding and usage. Developing new API contracts with comprehensive Swagger documentation for clear and standardized communication. Implementing Docker to containerize the system application, thereby increasing its scalability. Designing and executing new unit tests, as well as functional and regression tests, to identify and address critical failures. Integrating the Message Broker with Workforce Management (WFM) systems for efficient message exchange. Configuring IBM MQ to enable connections from external networks.
