Compliance related to those activities. Management of a team of 7 people and external law firms in relation to tax, labor and special civil litigation (judicial and extrajudicial recovery proceedings).

Responsible for the legal advisory and management of all credit transactions of BNP Paribas and BNP Private Bank in Brazil, including Project Finance, trade finance (local and cross border transactions), supply chain finance and receivables discount, corporate finance (M&A advisory), export finance, energy & commodities transactions, cash management and escrow agreements, as well as the most different types of local and international guarantees. Management of all institutional, corporate, civil and labor litigation, interacting with regulators in Brazil (Brazilian Sec - CVM and Brazilian Central Bank). Management and legal advice to asset management area (investment funds) and international custody for foreign investors, besides Compliance related to those activities. Management of a team of 5 people.

Legal advice and management of all credit transactions of JPMorgan Brazil (Treasury and Securities Services), including trade finance (local and cross border), supply chain finance, receivables discount, cash management and escrow. Responsible for the legal advisory to the Local Custody/4373 non-resident investors. Management of a team of 3 people, reporting directly to the Legal Manager Latam, based in USA.

Legal advice to the Global Markets area (Derivatives and Foreign Exchange transactions), as well as to the local and international custody teams, assisting them in the evaluation and structuring of products. Legal advice to the Securities and Fund Services team in structuring escrow agreements, securitization and custody of assets (LCI, CRA, CRI and Debentures). Legal advice to the wholesale division of Citibank Brazil in all credit transactions, including the most different types of local and international guarantees, as well as legal advice for cash management, receivables discount and supply chain finance.

Legal advice to credit transactions for corporate clients (wholesale division), including trade finance (local and cross border), escrow, cash management, receivables discount and supply chain finance.

Participation in capital market structures, derivatives transactions and assistance to the following areas: Cash Management, Internet Banking, Banking Loan and Financing, Credit Cards, Bank Guarantees and Consignee Loans.
