- Responsible for Management Services area, leading a distributed and cross-functional team; - Designing solutions and products for strategic customers for application/infrastructure on cloud/on-premisse environment; - Developing relationships at all levels (Analyst, Managers, and C-Levels); - Supporting sales, marketing, and PMO areas; - Developing Growth Strategies for Management Services practice;

Responsible for the legacy application support team. Time has 26 employees located in Brazil, Chile and India.The support cover 55 legacy applications developed in various programming languages (SAP BO, Oracle Forms, Java, Android, PL / SQL, among others) Brazil, Chile and Argentina. Around 900 month incidents. We Implemented AI to monitor process as load jobs, be proactive to resolve knowledge incidents and execute repetitive task. Implemented a dashboard of our KPIs in Power BI to bring more information and deep detail on our service level.

Staff Augmentation project on BAT account for strategic positions covering following countries: Canada, Costa Rica, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and Argentina. Responsible for the selection process, hiring, continuous monitoring, resource coaching, generating managerial reports as well as KPIs, conducting regular meetings with the client, resources, identifying possible gaps and preparing recovery plans if necessary.

- Project: Odyssey system – British American Tobacco ; - Management analyst / development team and technical lead; - In this project the analyst and development team, composed of 12 resources located in Brazil and 30 developers located in India (Chennai), is involved in Requirements, Analysis, Design and Build; - The Business team (include me) worked whit BAT Business team for creates the Requirements to change the local system as a global system; - Perform the planning, preparation and monitoring of schedules in accordance with the scope and requirements. Experienced on Card’s and Collections Systems, local and OH, strong leadership and team management skills, and great experience in conducting RBPM trainings especially in use case (artifact used in HBBR). Currently managing development and Business team in OH Cards Amazonas (Brazil) at Collections workstream.
